Less than two hours North of Auckland, you can relax in our charming self-contained Stonehouse - Cottage by the sea.

Or if you prefer, stay in the very private, self contained cabin at the rear of the Stone House. Enjoy the open view over our green pastures the huge Pohutukawa trees, the Maori Pa site and the lagoon with distant Mt. Mania. Use our dinghies or canoes (no extra charge) to explore the quiet lagoon with its extensive bird sanctuary, walk the sand dunes and the magnificent un-spoilt ocean beach (no motorbikes and other noisy buggers allowed) take a swim, try our body boards for a thrill or just sit and watch the waves rolling in, the Hen and Chicken Islands as a perfect background. Interact with our friendly Red Devon cattle, have a nosy into our orchid house, jump the trampoline, play Petanque or Croquet with your kids , or simply read your book in the shade of a native tree.
There are plenty interesting activities in this area inviting for a longer stay : see a part of New Zealand that the main tourist throng bypasses - who has seen the gorgeous Pironga falls, the wild and beautiful Waipu limestone caves, the secluded Ding bay?
Traditional activities are all at hand : fishing, surfcasting, boat trips, surfing, horse riding, bushwalks, coastal walks, golf, tennis and local arts and crafts.
